Minor in Anthropology

A minimum of 21 units in a program approved by the major advisor.

Lower Division Required:

Take all of the following courses:

ANTH 110 Introduction to Physical Anthropology (3)

ANTH 120 Introduction to Cultural Anthropology (3)

ANTH 140 Pyramids, Tombs and Treasure: Wonders of the Past (3)

ANTH 170 Introduction to Linguistics (3)

Upper Division Electives:

Take 9 units of anthropology courses in consultation with the Anthropology advisor.

    The Department of Anthropology Main Office is located in FO-3, Room 305. This is the third floor of the FO-3 (Faculty Office 3) building. The office is open 9:00am- 12:00 pm and 1:00-5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Closed noon to 1:00 pm for lunch.
