Senior Econ Major Publishes “Where do Females Rise to Leadership Positions? A Cross-Sector Analysis.”

Senior economics major Diana Sanchez and economics professor Elaine Frey examined the factors that influence the low proportion of women in business leadership positions – particularly as CEOs or business owners – in their recently published paper, “Where Do Females Rise to Leadership Positions? A Cross-Sector Analysis.”
