The research is underway on Kauai. Today was a lab day. We processed data we generated from GPS and Trimbles, inserted them into ArcGIS and played around with them. We also discussed our individual projects. I am going to look at species level spectral signatures. I am going to compare the spectral signatures I get from the spectrometer and compare them to the spectral signatures I find from using WorldViewer imagery and ecognition.

I need to start generating a spectral library of different native and invasive plant species.
