Panelists: 

Yasser Louati: A French human rights and civil liberties activist. He is the co-founder of Le Comité Justice & Libertés Pour Tous (the Justice and Liberties For All Committee). Mr. Louati is a prominent voice in Europe about issues relating to repression and racism with a specific focus on racism against African populations. He has appeared on numerous news shows including the BBCCNN, Al Jazeera, Democracy Now and has published widely in news organizations in French and in English.

Dr. Sabrina Alimahomed: Associate Professor of Sociology at CSU Long Beach. A scholar and teacher who has written on anti-Muslim racism and Islamophobia, security and surveillance, transnational feminism, and women of color feminisms.
