Should you need service on your computer, or just have a question about it, you can contact us in a few different ways:
Online
By Email
You can contact us by email any time, and we will do our best to get back to you in a timely fashion. We encourage you to contact us using our office email account, cla-tech@csulb.edu. This email account forwards your message to all of our email accounts. While we all do have personal on-campus email accounts, using the cla-tech email account to contact us usually guarantees you a faster response to your question or service request.
By Phone
Our office phone number is (562) 985-4572. From on-campus, you can just dial 5-4572. If you don’t get an answer, you can either leave us a voice mail or contact us via email.
In Person
We are located in Room 300 of the Language Arts Building (LAB), just next door to the Mcintosh Humanities Building (MHB). You are welcome to stop by in person any time during the day. There is normally someone here to help you out during normal operating hours of 8:00AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday.
